Room was spacious and clean, with a great view of the Riverwalk. Valet parking was overpriced and the pool area was small and crowded. Enjoyed the breakfast, especially the made-to-order omelets. Golf course nearby was a nice touch.

The location is fantastic right by the Riverwalk, making it easy to explore. The elevators were slow, and ours had issues during our stay. Breakfast with made-to-order omelettes is a highlight. Valet parking is pricey, and waiting times can be long. Nice area nearby for dining and entertainment. Golf course is a short drive away for those interested. Overall an okay stay, but some updates are definitely needed.

The room was quiet and clean, giving me the perfect space to unwind after a long day. The staff were friendly and offered great tips for local spots, making exploring easy.
It wasn't the cheapest option around, but I felt it was worth the investment.

So, our recent stay at Embassy Suites was a mix of highs and lows. The ironing facilities in the room were handy as we needed to spruce up our clothes for a night out downtown. The heating system was a bit tricky to regulate - we struggled to find a comfortable temperature without making the room too muggy. And the air conditioning, well, it was a savior on those hot days. The sitting area in our room was cozy, perfect for relaxing after a busy day of exploring. Unfortunately, the terrace was a bit lackluster and could have used some greenery or seating to make it more inviting. We didn't find a trouser press, which would have been useful for keeping our clothes looking sharp. The free toiletries provided in the bathroom were a nice touch, but we had to ask for refills as they were empty upon check-in. The AM/FM alarm clock was helpful for waking up on time, and the flat-screen TV was a great way to unwind in the evenings. the curtains in our room were a bit outdated and could use some updating. We didn't try room service, as we opted to explore local eateries, but we did utilize the dry cleaning service, which was prompt and efficient. Housekeeping did a decent job overall, but we had to request additional towels and linens multiple times throughout our stay. Valet parking was expensive and slow, so we opted for public parking across the street. The lack of amenities for kids at the pool was a downside, and the on-site restaurant was a bit too fancy for our tastes with no options for picky eaters.

I stayed in a room that was seriously disappointing. It was freezing, the furniture looked worn out, and there was a weird smell that hit me as soon as I walked in. Definitely not what I expected for the price!

This hotel is situated right on the Riverwalk, making it an incredible spot for leisurely strolls while soaking in the beautiful surroundings, plus you can easily access a variety of fantastic restaurants and shops just a few steps away like Bunz Handcrafted Burgers and Iron Cactus Mexican Restaurant, which made our experience all the more enjoyable; however, the pool was a bit small and crowded at times.

The room felt dated, with old furniture showing visible wear. Upon entering, the unpleasant smell hit us, making it hard to settle in. The temperature control didn't quite work; despite maintenance adjustments, it remained uncomfortably cold. There were no Do Not Disturb signs, lacking basic amenities. Cleaning could improve significantly. Trash bins weren't emptied daily, and surfaces appeared dusty. Despite the size being adequate, cleanliness issues overshadowed the comfort. The spacious layout had potential, but the overall upkeep was disappointing. It’s unfortunate because the location was ideal for family trips.

The happy hour with free drinks is a game changer. You can’t beat that breakfast and the friendly staff who actually remember your name.
The showers were lukewarm, which was a bummer.

Embassy Suites San Antonio Riverwalk-Downtown boasts an excellent location with beautiful river views. The breakfast concept is fantastic, allowing for custom omelets. While room cleanliness and maintenance need attention, the helpful staff and enjoyable amenities created a memorable experience for my family.

The lobby impresses with its airy space and ample seating, plus the bar and restaurant area look inviting. Rooms are spacious, with a nice layout, though ours had a faint smoke smell. Service could be spotty; we waited too long for clean towels and some hallways seemed neglected. The location is quieter, which is a plus, but breakfast hours were short. The free breakfast reportedly had a great variety, including made-to-order omelets. It has its charm, but some attention to detail is definitely needed to elevate the experience.

The breakfast was amazing, with delicious made-to-order omelets. The hotel's location was perfect for exploring downtown and the Riverwalk. The beds were super comfy, making for a peaceful night's sleep.
We were given a smaller room as a 'compensation,' which didn't fit our family well. The room wasn't cleaned as requested, lacking essentials like towels and blankets.

comfortable room, comfortable stay with a spacious suite that included a fridge, coffeemaker, and microwave for added convenience during our short visit.
Nothing, all excellent.

We recently stayed at this hotel for a special occasion. The location was excellent, with easy access to local attractions. The two-bedroom suite was perfect for our needs, and the housekeeping staff was attentive. Amber at breakfast stood out with her warm demeanor and attention to detail. during our final morning, the service fell short. The cleanliness and attentiveness varied greatly, impacting our experience. Issues arose with a less-than-friendly restaurant host and inconsistent housekeeping. the parking fees were rather high. Despite the hurdles, we appreciated the complimentary breakfast and happy hour. With some improvements, this hotel could truly shine. I would consider returning, but with caution.

The floor-to-ceiling windows offered a lovely view of the Riverwalk, making dining and events delightful. I enjoyed the beef cuts, fine Texan cuisine, and the convenience to explore downtown attractions.
I had a blast waiting for my car to be valet parked until almost 10am, felt like a VIP! .

Clean hotel with friendly staff. Streets outside felt unsafe and unkempt.

The breakfast and delicious coffee were a great start to the day. The elevators were clean and zipped us around quickly. It was thoughtful that they provided information for my dog's needs, which was a relief.
The room cleanliness needs improvement; the shower required more thorough cleaning, and there was trash from previous guests left behind.

we had a lovely 3-day stay at embassy suites, close to the music street. the modern decor, spacious room with comfortable furniture, and excellent valet service made our visit memorable. the location on the riverwalk was wonderful, and the friendly staff made our experience even better. we enjoyed the great price, two-room suite with two TVs, and the rooftop pool and hot tub for relaxation after exploring the downtown area.
Nothing to complain about at all 😊

Our family had a wonderful time at this conveniently located hotel on the Riverwalk. The friendly and helpful staff made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. We were impressed with the variety and freshness of the breakfast options, especially the omelet bar. The evening social was a nice touch, although it would've been even better with changing snack options. The spacious and clean room made our stay comfortable, and the separate sitting area was a bonus. Being able to walk to nearby shops and restaurants was a major plus.
Security concerns on the 2nd floor were a little worrying, especially with master keys floating around.
